Sisira & Māgha, 1
Today (February 3rd, 2025) is the sixth day of the waxing moon of Māgha, the third lunar month. According to Samutthaan Winnicchai's six season causative factors model, this brings us to some small but noteworthy shifts.
It is still Sisira, the sixth season, and the cold part of the year*.
Semha has been present as a causative factor for ~140 days. Its influence is still strong and it remains the dominant causative factor, but it is dissipating.
Bpitta has been present as a causative factor for ~20 days. Its influence is weak and it remains the secondary causative factor, but it is accumulating.
For the next ~20 days, until the eleventh day of the waning moon of Māgha, Semha is the dominant elemental causative factor and Ura Semha is the jao reuan. Bpitta is secondary, and Khuut Semha is tertiary.
*Remember that dividing the year into three major sections (hot, rainy, and cold) is specific to Thailand's climate.
